The food is typical of Romagna, the products used in the preparation reflect the farm tradition: wheat flour stone-ground, gives to piada, to the homemade pasta and desserts a distinctive flavor.
Olive oil, wine and jams are homemade.
In winter you can eat in the large farmhouse, three large dining rooms warmed by wood burning fireplaces.
In summer you can eat outside in the shade of the trees or under the gazebo, scattered in the garden, where there is also a space equipped for children, slides and swings where they can play safely.
Pasta and "piada" are hand-made and are strictly obtained from our wheat flour grounded in the ancient Ponte Messa Milling Company.
You will taste the dishes in which it is used as a condiment only our extra virgin olive oil.
The meat used for the preparation of the first and second dish comes from Romagna, and is carefully selected by our Chef.
And finally you can enjoy desserts produced by us and filled with our jams made with fruit harvested on the farm.
For what we can not produce directly we turn to other farmers who, like us, who care about the environment and the preservation of the best culinary traditions of our country.
